Introduction
Hurghada Grand Aquarium ,Red Sea in Glass is dedicated to inspiring guests of all ages to appreciate the marine environment ,while promoting conservation action and developing an understanding for the irreplaceable value of all life in our world’s ocean. By teaching children and adults the importance of conservation, ecology and stewardship, we believe they will apply this knowledge to make sustainable choices and take an active part in preserving our marine environment.
OPENING HOURS
Aquarium open daily 7 days a week from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm last entry at 5:00 pm. The tour takes from 1 to 2 hours, there are no limit on how long you can stay, you can stay longer.
We offer this excursion for all guests of the resorts in Hurghada, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, Soma Bay, Safaga, Port Ghalib, El Quseir and Marsa Alam.

Tour Details
- We will pick you up privately from the hotel if you wish, it is available until 7:00 p.m., there is no fixed time to visit the aquarium, you can come at any time during opening hours.
- You will then receive the tickets from us.
- The ticket includes entry to the aquarium, zoo, rainforest, suspension bridge, shark feeding show and Wadi al-Hitan Museum.
- Shark feeding schedule: daily shark feeding times are 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that feeding times may change without prior notice depending on the behavior of the species.
- Grand Aquarium is not a guided tour. This is a self-guided tour. You follow the instructions and signs in the aquarium.
- The aquarium is suitable for all ages.
- A wheelchair is not available, however there are benches at corners throughout the facility for older people to rest and rest.
Notes
- You can take photos with your phone, but aquarium fish are very sensitive to the lighting conditions around them. The use of camera flashes is not permitted. All cameras used by our photographer on site are equipped with a flash defuser. Professional cameras without flash defusing may not be used or brought into the facility. Appropriate fees apply for professional cameras. For information about costs, please contact our photography office.
